Michael Vines

 Michael has lived in Ocean Grove since 1989 and is the former President of the town’s football and netball club.  He is also the deputy chairman of the Ocean Grove Community Enterprise Ltd which is involved with the local Bendigo Bank and has as its purpose providing funds for projects and community support in the Ocean Grove area.

Amanda Vines

Amanda divides her time between teaching legal studies and history at a girl’s secondary school in Geelong and her work at Vines Lawyers. 

She brings a ‘female touch’ to the practice and can see clients for the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney out of hours if need be.

Peter Lundberg

In September 2011 Peter Lundberg joined the firm Vines Lawyers.

For more than 30 years Peter practiced as a lawyer in Geelong, initially with Phillip Considine, in partnership and later in the firms Doyle Considine and Harwood Andrews. In the past he has practiced mainly in the area of Family Law including divorce, property disputes, maintenance and parenting arrangements for the care of children.

Family Law is of course very personal area of law by virtue of the issues which arise from marriage breakdown. Peter offers a personalized service aimed at addressing the individual clients needs.

In all cases it is important for those involved to maintain a level of perspective about their predicament and Peter is committed to finding a sensible solution to the parties problems within the limits set down by the law. If agreement cannot be reached informally than Peter will provide advice about the steps to be taken to get the case into court.

On a personal level Peter and his family have lived in Barwon Heads for the last 30 years or so. The great attraction of the region of course is the coast and all that it offers, including the golf courses.

Melanie Crowe

Melanie has been a local of the Bellarine Peninsula for many years and a resident of Ocean Grove for the last 10 years. Melanie is very much involved in the Ocean Grove community and was former President of the local Kindergarten, Woodlands Pre-school for 4 years. She is currently the President of the school committee at which her children attend.

Melanie received her Bachelor of Law from Geelong’s Deakin University and has practiced, for the better part of 12 years, with Geelong based law firms. Melanie brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in a number of legal fields, more particularly in Commercial Litigation, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Matters (including issues relating to challenging Wills).

She is available to see clients on Mondays between 10am and 2pm.
